It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara E. Hendrick Choate of Campbell, Texas, who passed away on January 18, 2024, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her parents, Earnest Lee Hendrick and Lillie Agnes Carlile Hendrick; her sister Wanda Cooper; and her cousin Charles Jones. She is survived by : her children, Toyi Choate Stinebaugh (Joe Stinebaugh), David Choate (Malinda Venegas) of Florida and Barry Choate of Garland, Texas.; her granddaughters, Briana Johnson Stringer, Raven Johnson Price (Eric) of Austin, Candace Choate of Dallas and Laura Choate of Arlington, Texas.; and her step-grandsons, Tommy Brown (Christie) of Dallas and Lanee Brown Wright (Eric) of Dallas, Texas. She is also survived by several step grandchildren, nieces, nephews and their children.
Visitation will be held on Monday, January 22nd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Chapel of Coker-Mathews Funeral Home (5100 I-30 Frontage Rd East, Greenville, TX 75402). A funeral service will be held on Monday, January 22nd 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
