He is survived by : his children, Monte (Susan), Randy (Jill) and Lori Carter; his grandchildren, Monica Sudbury (John), Adam Carter (Melissa), Rachel Lane (Tim) and Caitlin Tracy (Dustin); his great grandchildren, Carter, Lane, Dylan, Devin, Hallie and Frances; and his siblings, Grace Shue, Les (Kim Carter), Zee (Peggy Carter), Nelda (Bobby Dodd) and Ric (Pam Carter). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 8th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Emerald Hills Funeral Home & Memorial Park (500 Kennedale Sublett Rd, Kennedale, TX 76060). A funeral service was held on Friday, February 9th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, February 9th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the same location.
