It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jose Manuel Salas of Chilton, Texas, who passed away on January 1, 2024, at the age of 51, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by : his parents, Florenco Salas and Simona Salas (Barrientos); and his siblings, Sophia Salas and Pancho Salas. He is survived by : his wife Maria Rodriquez; his children, Jaime Salas (Kasandra Estroga), Daniel Salas (Johana Salas-Flores), Ezequiel Salas, Leonel Salas, Ricardo Salas, Angel Salas, Imanol Salas and Jennifer Salas; his grandchildren, Mireya, Kalani and Nathaniel Salas; and his siblings, Clemente Salas, Nicandro Salas, Saulo Salas, Moises Salas, Veronica Gonzales, Victorina Saucedo and Maria Ortega. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, January 7th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Pecan Grove Funeral Home (3124 Robinson Dr, Waco, TX 76706). A rosary will be held on Sunday, January 7th 2024 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service will be held on Monday, January 8th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Mooreville Cemetery.
