It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bennie L. Tidwell of Bowie, Texas, born in Montague, Texas, who passed away on January 1, 2024, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by : his wife Doris. He is survived by : his daughters, Janis Weseman (Gary) of Sunset and Tricia Deaton (Steve) of Lubbock; his grandchildren, Derek Deaton of Houston, Lynsey Flores (Trey) of Wolfforth and Audra Dockrey (Weston) of Austin; and his great grandchildren, Thomas Flores and Patrick Flores of Wolfforth. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Friday, January 5th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the White Family Funeral Home (1418 TX-59, Bowie, TX 76230). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 6th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the First Christian Church (605 E Greenwood Ave, Bowie, TX 76230).
