He is survived by : his children, Ruby Navarro, Jose Maurillio Rangel (Alma Yesenia), Ricardo Rangel Jr. (Pamela), Rosio Rangel and Rodrigo Rangel (Yasmin); his grandchildren, Lori Suhai Navarro, Alicia Yvette Cavazos, Eugenio Navarro Jr., Jose Eduardo Rangel, Kayla Linae Rios, Yaressi Peña, Berenice Peña, Alexandra Yanette Rangel, Alejandro Eden Leal, Camila Alexandra Rangel, Gael Rodrigo Rangel and Manuel Perez; and his great grandchild Kiara Leona Pueblitz.
Visitation will be held on Friday, January 5th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Virgil Wilson Mortuary (2200 N Conway Ave, Mission, TX 78572). A rosary will be held on Friday, January 5th 2024 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 6th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, January 6th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Valley Memorial Gardens (3611 N Taylor Rd, Mission, TX 78573).
