He is survived by: his wife Selisha Kay Cockrell of Joaquin, TX; his children, Kade Cockrell of Joaquin, TX and Jodi Cockrell of Joaquin, TX; his uncle Jerry; his aunt Margaret Cockrell of Joaquin, TX; his mother-in-law Betty Burgay of Timpson, TX; his brother John Cockrell (Karen) of Prosper, TX; and his brothers-in-law, Chuck Kay of Shelbyville, TX and Stephen Burgay of Timpson, TX..
Visitation will be held on Friday, April 11th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Watson & Sons Funeral Home (1554 TX-7, Center, TX 75935). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 at the Sholar Cemetery (385 440, Joaquin, TX 75954).
