He was predeceased by: his parents, Orton Buckner and June Buckner. He is survived by: his daughter Shelley Buckner; his stepdaughters, Natalie Anthony and Alexis Johnson; his stepgrandchildren, Rose, Dylan, Clive and Gregory; and his siblings, Ann Ludington, Lee Buckner and Tully Buckner.
A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, April 15th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Sparkman/Hillcrest Funeral Home (7405 W Northwest Hwy, Dallas, TX 75225).
