With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Betty Jo Espinosa of Huntsville, Texas, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 14, 2025 at the age of 91. She was predeceased by: her parents, Jessie Lorene Falkner and Johnny Allen Flowers; her siblings, Claudia Marie and J. M. Flowers; her son Doyle Monroe Diebel; her husband Wayne Diebel; her son-in-law Jim Singleton; and her granddaughter Claudia Chastain Rebel.
She is survived by: her brother Tommy Flowers (Joella Flowers); her children, Darrell Wayne Diebel, Donnia Singleton, Deborah Morrison (Steven) and Morrison Sr.; and her grandchildren, Steven L Morrison Jr., Jennifer, Celina, Jason Comer, Kimberley, Virgil Littlejohn, Joseph Morrison, Tiffany, Christy, Monty Sample, Darrell Diebel Jr., Kathy, Michelle, Mike Seals, Rebbeca and Tye Welch. She is also survived by 21 great grandchildren, 13 great-great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, April 18th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the Sam Houston Memorial Funeral Home - Huntsville (1700 Normal Park Dr, Huntsville, TX 77340). A funeral service will be held on Friday, April 18th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, April 19th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Oakland Memorial Park (3100 FM 317 East Athens, TX 75752).
