He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Duncan and Winnie Duncan (Smith); his grandson Brett Allen Duncan; and his former wife Judy Mae Duff Duncan. He is survived by: his wife Mary Duncan of Gainesville; his sons, Charles Lee Duncan of Sherman and Randall E. Duncan (Patricia) of Sadler; his stepdaughters, Debi Woolf (Larry) of Gainesville and Ellen Cunningham (Roy) of Gainesville; and his brother-in-law Roy Duff (Paula) of Pottsboro. He is also survived by three grandsons and one granddaughter, four great grandkids.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 20th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Temple Baptist Church (1811 E California St, Gainesville, TX 76240). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 20th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
