She is survived by: her children, Nancy Smith, Richard Neis (Jane) and Robert Neis (Mary Anne); her daughter-in-law Pam Neis; her sister-in-law Sue Zinkle; her husband Ronnie Bird; and her grandchildren, Janet Neis Drobish, Laura Prettyman, Sharon Clark, Frank Smith IV, Jeanne Baker, Julie Neis, David Neis, Bobby Neis, Matthew Neis and Kimberly Neis.
A graveside service will be held on Sunday, September 21st 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Restland Cemetary (13005 Greenville Ave, Dallas, TX 75081).
