He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Miller and Lela Miller; and his siblings, Charles, Shelby and Sue.
He is survived by: his wife Marcia Miller; his children, Christine Bush (Bob), Tracey Pinkleman (Carl), Michael "Eric" Gutowski (Amy) and Brian Gutowski; and his brothers, Dave Miller (Marilyn) and George Miller (Kay).
