She was predeceased by: her parents, Elbert C. Fields and Empoe Ruth Fields; her husband Kirk DeLany; and her son Frank. She is survived by: her son John; her daughter-in-law Vicky DeLany; her granddaughters, Audrey Villani (Travis), Colleen Christl (Steve) and Bonnie Franklin (Jordan); and her great grandchildren, Lillian, Brann, Matthew, Lauren, Ruby and Marion.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that memorial contributions be made to the Dawson class of the First Methodist Church of Temple, Gentiva Hospice, or the Alzheimer's Association, especially the VCID-UMD Grant Program.
