He is survived by: his mother Brenda Ann Massengale (Jones-Allbright); his wife Norma Howard; his daughters, Juanita Lowe and Samantha Massengale; his stepchildren, Thomas Cunningham, Robert Cunningham and Ernest Miller; and his siblings, Eddie Massengale (Heather) and Carla Cook (Josh Bowers).
