He is survived by: his daughters, Denise Lopez (Michael) and Stephanie Proulx; his siblings, Alfred Escobedo (Sue), Armando Escobedo, Gilbert Escobedo, Ruben Escobedo and Yolanda Gonzales (Leon); his grandchildren, Richard Balderamos, Michael Lopez Jr. (Jessie), Anthony Lopez, Gavin Arnold and Abigail Proulx; and his great grandchildren, Jesse Arnold, Mia Arnold and Raphael Lopez. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Thursday, June 18th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the First Presbyterian Church (1000 Penn St, Fort Worth, TX 76102). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 18th 2026 at 2:15 PM at the Dallas National Cemetery (2000 Mountain Creek Pkwy, Dallas, TX 75211).
