He is survived by: his wife Patsy Keel; his children, Jeffery Keel, Lynette, Glenn Scarbrough, Clayton and Christi Keel; his grandchildren, Cody, Denise Crowder, Cristin Grantham, Chance, Sarah Keel, Lance, Brooke Scarbrough, Justin, Katie Scarbrough, Shayla, Tony Giuliani, Josh Lanier, Serenity, Trevor Lipe, Dilian Keel and Nicholas Keel; his great grandchildren, Haylee Batey, Kyle Keel, Shilyn Grantham, Landen Keel, Caleb Crowder, Aubree Scarbrough, Christa Crowder, Jordyn Grantham, Lucah Giuliani, Latham Giuliani, Lawrence Scarbrough, Gideon Scarbrough and Waylon Scarbrough; and his sister Melonee (Rooter Smith). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, June 17th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Marshall & Marshall Funeral Directors (201 N Bosque St, Whitney, TX 76692). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 18th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, June 18th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Memory Cemetery (3838 TX-22, Hillsboro, TX 76645).
