He was predeceased by : his parents, Leslie Garder and Eva Maynard. He is survived by : his wife Barbara Carnaroli; and his children, Thomas Gardner, Gwen Lakowsky (Bob), Shelly Kraetz (Rick) and Billy Gardner Jr. (Kristie). He is also survived by his children, 10 grandchildren, and 5 great grandchildren.
