He was predeceased by : his parents, Bill Fuller and Elaine Fuller. He is survived by : his sisters, Susan Burns (Bill) and Sarah Fuller; his nephew Alex Burns; his niece Emily Burns; and his friend Dennis Frisbie.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 6th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Vestal Center United Methodist Church (478 W Hill Rd, Vestal, NY 13850). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 6th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, January 6th 2024 at the Jersey Hill Cemetery.
