He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Joseph Walters and Joyce Walters (Bowman) of Fenner; and his brother Douglas Walters of Canastota.
Visitation will be held on Friday, January 5th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the J. Homer Ball Funeral Home, Inc. (201 James St, Canastota, NY 13032).
