It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Olga Sefcik (Poughkeepsie, New York), born in Manhattan, New York, who passed away on January 15, 2024, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Stepan Vojir and Marie Vojir; her husband Matthew Sefcik; her son Matthew Stepan Sefcik; and her brother Stephen Vojir.
She is survived by : her daughter Kristina Zybala (David) of Charlotte, NC; her daughter-in-law Donna Sefcik; and her grandchildren, Matthew Sefcik (Katie), Lagrange, Kara Seifts (Adam), Lindy McDonough (Patrick), Caroline Horowitz (Zack) of Rockville, MD and Daniel Zybala of Buffalo, NY.. She is also survived by many nieces & nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, January 19th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Timothy Doyle Funeral Home (371 Hooker Ave, Poughkeepsie, NY 12603).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
