He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin Shenandoah and Josephine Shenandoah (Herne); and his siblings, Robert Shenandoah (Dodie), Adele Burdick (Doug) and Patricia Shenandoah.
He is survived by: his wife Jean Shenandoah (Foederer); his children, Lisa Shenandoah-Kurtz (Thomas Kurtz) of LaFayette, Benjamin Shenandoah of Nedrow and Kristy Shenandoah (Greg Lamphier) of Minoa; his sisters, Carolyn Kocher (late William) of Camillus and Lorraine Shenandoah of Syracuse; his in-laws, Joan Stoddard (late Gary) and Anne Proppe (Joe); his grandchildren, Mckenzie Kurtz (Kyle Stevens), Jurnee Shenandoah-Kurtz (Jeff Fetty), Stephen Shenandoah, Carter DeVita, Isabella Shenandoah-Kurtz and Gregory Lamphier Jr.; and his great grandchildren, Zaiden, Waylon and Maverick Stevens. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, great nieces/nephews and great-great nieces/nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 14th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Ballweg & Lunsford Funeral Home (2584 Field Ln, Lafayette, NY 13084). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Tuesday, October 15th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Our Lady of Hope (4845 S Salina St, Syracuse, NY 13205).
