Usack (Lynn); his grandchild Krystopher (Jackie); his daughter Stephanie M. Usack; his granddaughters, Kristina, Rachel (Byron), Hannah and Julia; his daughters, Christine M. Usack and Rose M. Usack; his grandchildren, Manuel (Anna), Rosa (Andy) and Richie; his son Matthew M. Usack Sr. (Holly); his grandchildren, Chelsea (Duncan), Emilee (Kyle), Lindey (Allen), Matthew, Maria and Kayleb; his son Peter J. Usack; his grandchildren, Audrianna, Elizabeth, Grace and Eli; his great grandchildren, Eva, Mellie, Sadie, Max, Myles, Peyton, Vivian, Victoria, Violet, Manny, Maiya, Laelani, Bryson, Ella, Evelyn, Charlotte, Henry, Leora, Forest, Sage and Oliver; his brother Fred Usack; his nephews, Dan Usack, Stephan Usack and Tom Keefe; his close friend Scott Mein; and also, Barbara Wright, Tina and Roger Matejka. He is also survived by father who brought his family.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Sullivan's Funeral Home (365 E Franklin St, Horseheads, NY 14845). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St. Patrick's Catholic Church (604 Park Pl, Elmira, NY 14901). A funeral service will be held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 from 11:30 AM to 12:15 PM at the Forest Lawn Memorial Park (563 Jerusalem Hill Rd, Elmira, NY 14901).
