He was predeceased by : his father William Jeremiah Smallman. He is survived by : his mother Mary Smallman (Honan) of West Haven; his son Jason Smallman of Fairfield; and his siblings, William J. Smallman of Niantic, Mary Smallman Cooper of Garland, TX and Jill Smallman Hurlburt of Killingworth. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 6th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Chase Parkway Memorial (430 Chase Pkwy, Waterbury, CT 06708). A prayer will be held on Saturday, January 6th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 2:15 PM at the same location.
