He was predeceased by : his father Dennis Henriksen; and his grandfathers, Ivan Olson (Rose) and Kenneth Henriksen (Caroline). He is survived by : his mother Pat Henriksen (Olson) of Arkdale, WI; his wife Melissa Dale of Tomah; his step-son Cameron Dale of Tomah; his granddaughter Alyvia; and his brothers, Todd Henriksen (Kim) of Pittsboro and Jamie Henriksen of Dane, WI..
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 10th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Torkelson Funeral Home (2224 Superior Ave, Tomah, WI 54660).
