With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Kenneth L. Grosvenor Jr. of Grayslake, Illinois, born in Waukegan, Illinois, who passed away on January 7, 2024 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by : his parents, Kenneth Grosvenor and Viola Grosvenor; his brothers, Doug and Tom; and his grandson Zachary Pound.
He is survived by : his wife Ginny; his children, Jacqueline Trodler (Ron) of Sturtevant, WI, Michelle Pound of Lake Villa, IL and Marc Grosvenor (Isela) of Mundelein, IL; his grandchildren, Brandon Pape (Calley) of Aurora, CO, Caitlin Pollock-Pound (Laney) of Chicago, IL, Jeremy Pound of Lake Villa, IL, Madeline Pound of Champaign, IL, Adam Pound of Lake Villa, Oliva Pound of Lake Villa, IL, Alex Grosvenor of Mundelein, IL and Ashleigh Grosvenor of Mundelein, IL; and his great grandchildren, Brooks Pape and Charlotte Pape.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 11th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Strang Funeral Chapel (410 E Belvidere Rd, Grayslake, IL 60030). A funeral service will be held on Friday, January 12th 2024 at 11:00 AM.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Toys for Tots of Lake County, Midwest Veterans Closet PO Box 278 Wadsworth, IL, or Grayslake Colts.
