It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Donna Nicholls of Hammond, Illinois, born in Chicago Heights, Illinois, who passed away on January 8, 2024, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, John Wacaser and Marie Griswold Wacaser; her husband Tom Nicholls; and her sister Delores Johnson. She is survived by : her sons, John Stillabower (Barbie) of St. Joseph and Steve Stillabower (Shannon) of Champaign; her grandchildren, Lexi Stillabower, Jason Carberry, Justin Stillabower and Brittanie Clapp; and her siblings, Jim Wacaser (Jan) of Park Forest and Sandy Janusz of Crete. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 3rd 2024 at 1:00 PM and on Sunday, February 4th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Hilligoss Shrader Funeral Home (66 US-36, Atwood, IL 61913). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, February 3rd 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
