She was predeceased by : her parents, Ernest Crichton and Helen Zahm Crichton; her husband William Lewellen; her brother Linwood Crichton; and her brother-in-law Perry Lewellen (Anita).
She is survived by : her children, John Lewellen (Susan) of Normal, Catherine Reif (Robert) of Carrollton and Kenneth Lewellen (Donna) of Sapulpa, OK; her grandchildren, Tim Reif of Carrollton, Rebecca Hoaglin (Thomas) of Carrollton, David Reif (Allison) of Champaign, Gregory Reif (Jennifer) of Glen Carbon, LaSalle Lewellen of Sapulpa, OK and William Marshall Lewellen of Tulsa, OK; her great grandchildren, Brody Reif, Hannah, Lucas, Harper, Logan Hoaglin, Elissa, Emmalee Reif, William and Maddelyn Reif; her sister-in-law Sandra Crichton of Pelham, NC; her nieces, Felicia Webb (Billy) of Danville, VA and Beth King (Joe) of Summerfield, NC; her nephew Gary Lewellen (Pat) of Carmel, IN.; and her caregivers, Nikki, Janet, Destiny, Aubrey, Julie and Candi.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 18th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Carrollton United Methodist Church (426 Maple, Carrollton, IL 62016). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, January 18th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, January 18th 2024 at the Carrollton City Cemetery.
Memorial donations may be made to the Carrollton United Methodist Church, the Carrollton Senior Citizen's Center, or District One William D. Lewellen Scholarship.
