He was predeceased by : his parents, Patricia Coe Lucchini Burk and Charles Edward Burk; his nephew Bobby Day; his aunt Louise; and his uncle Richard Bean.
He is survived by : his wife Michele Lynn Adams; his son Dusty (Julie) of Springfield, IL; his grandchildren, Blythe Lavonne and Case Rockne; his brother Michael (Gloria) of Champaign, IL; his nieces, Sarah Burk and Melissa Haxhinasto (Gerti); his great-nieces, Emma and Julie Haxhinasto; his sister-in-law Pam Day (Dean) of Bement; his nephew Mike Day (Cheryl) of Cerro Gordo; his great-nephews, Chayton Day and Luke Day; his great-niece Sierra Walter (Austin); and his niece-in-law Kristi Day.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 21st 2024 from 4:30 PM to 7:00 PM at the Hilligoss Shrader Funeral Home (66 US-36, Atwood, IL 61913). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, June 22nd 2024 at 1:00 PM at the St. Isidore Catholic Church (364 County Road 2000 North, Bethany, Illinois 61914).
