He was predeceased by : his parents, Anthony Torres and Elvira Torres (Mello); his former life partner Gertrude "Sis" Moeller; and his wife Cyrilla Kulis (Banich). He is survived by : his children, David Torres (Rosanne) of Oglesby, Suzanne Marie Torres (Kelly Jo) of Austin, TX and William Torres (Rosary) of Oglesby; his stepson Tony Kulis (Georgia) of Oglesby; his grandchildren, Dustin Torres (Brittany) of Ottawa, Nathan Torres of Urbana, Sara Nicole Torres (Bob Hum) of Oglesby, Dylan Torres of California and Ryan Rolando (Stephanie) of Peru; and his stepgrandchildren, Michael Kulis and Nicole Kulis. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 24th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Prey-Mueller Funeral Home - Oglesby (231 W Walnut St, Oglesby, IL 61348). A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 24th 2024 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
