He was predeceased by : his parents, William Ormond and Ruth H Klingele Ormond; his son Damon Ormond; his brother-in-law Marvin Schrieber; and his niece Amy Ormond Lucky.
He is survived by : his wife Karla Fagan of Timewell; his children, Heather Buxton (Curt) of Mt. Sterling, Brandon Ormond of Champaign-Urbana and Brenna Tomlinson (Trey) of Quincy; his grandson Eli Brandon Tomlinson; his siblings, John Ormond (Carolyn) of Mt. Sterling, Rosanne Ray (Jim) of Mt. Sterling and Elaine Schrieber of Mt. Sterling; his siblings-in-law, Ed and Diane Fagan of Cerritos, California.; and his niece Sue Ray of Mt. Sterling. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 2nd 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Hendricker Funeral Home (406 S Capitol Ave, Mt Sterling, IL 62353). A funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, July 3rd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Holy Family Catholic Church (401 W North St, Mt Sterling, IL 62353). A burial will be held on Wednesday, July 3rd 2024 at the Mount Sterling Catholic Cemetery (1037 725 E St, Mt Sterling, IL 62353).
Memorials are suggested to the Cass-Schuyler Area Hospice or St. Mary's School.
