With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Vicki Moss (Champaign, Illinois), who passed away on July 25, 2024 at the age of 69. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Vicki departs from our midst, her spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Vicki. Though Vicki may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Dorothy Coffman Butler Oliver and Harold Butler; her brother Harold Butler Jr.; her great grandchild Mekhi J. Woods; and her nephews, Jeremy and Jordan Black.
She is survived by: her husband Larry D. Moss; and her children, Gregory DePriest and Kristen Mosley. She is also survived by grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, August 2nd 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the First Church of Nazerene (2403 W Kirby Ave, Champaign, IL 61821). A funeral service will be held on Friday, August 2nd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the First Church of the Nazarene (2403 W Kirby Ave, Champaign, IL 61821). A committal service will be held on Friday, August 2nd 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Eastlawn Cemetery (802 N Cunningham Ave, Urbana, IL 61802).
