She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Kermit and Helen (Erb); her husband John Powell; her children, Joanna Wright (Matt) and Joshua Powell (Lisa); her grandchildren, Delaney, Arwen, Gideon Wright, Olivia, Addison and Charlotte Powell; her sisters, Sharon Taylor, Ellen Guerrant (Bill) and Patricia Cramer; her mother-in-law Jenny Powell; and her siblings-in-law, Toni Pottorff, Linda Unzicker (Denny), Jansen Powell (Rhonda) and Vincent Powell (Jayne). She was also cherished by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, September 29th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Renner Wikoff Chapel (1900 Philo Rd, Urbana, IL 61802). A funeral service will be held on Monday, September 30th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Renner-Wikoff Chapel (1900 Philo Rd, Urbana, IL 61802).
