It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Lucille Ryan of Savoy, Illinois, who passed away on October 12, 2024, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Franzen and Grace Franzen; and her siblings, Annetta Frerichs, Erna Mennega, Evelyn Paul and Norman Franzen.
She is survived by: her children, Jeffery Ryan (Jill Burke) of Delray Beach, FL, Gregory Ryan (Barbara) of Urbana, Patricia J. Ryan of Dallas, TX and Karen Kennerly (Mark) of Champaign; her grandchildren, Meghan, Kelly, John, Phoebe, Sophia, Katie, Jamie, Ramy, Michael and Betty; her great grandchildren, Avery, Turner, Liam, Ronan, Meesha, Leena and Danyal; and her sister Bernice Loschen. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 21st 2024 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Matthew Feeney Hall (1307 Lincolnshire Dr, Champaign, IL 61821). A funeral Mass will be held on Monday, October 21st 2024 at 11:00 AM at the St Matthew Catholic Church (1303 Lincolnshire Dr, Champaign, IL 61821).
Memorials may be made in Lucille's honor to Daily Bread Soup Kitchen in Champaign.
