He is survived by: his wife Betty; his brother Larry of Tipton, IA; his children, Kathy Mercer (Stan) of Urbana and Kevin (Karen) of Colfax; his grandchildren, Derek Powell (Jessi) of Bloomington, Bryce Powell (Demi) of Bloomington, Jayme Johnson of Bloomington, Justin Powell (Nicole) of Hilmar, CA, Danielle Mosson (Mingo) of Mackinaw, Anna Mercer of Urbana, Drew Mercer of Marion, Kolten Brucker, Kortney Bennett (Brucker) and Brian Kline; and his great grandchildren, Taylor, Kaylyn, Laylen Powell, Raelynn Juergens, Josie Masson, Edyn Mercer and Cohen Johnson.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM.
