He was predeceased by: his parents, Cleo Bullock-Jackson and Pauline Bullock-Jackson (Guthrie). He is survived by: his children, Scott Jackson (Rita) of Philo, Mark Jackson (Linda) of Champaign and Lisa Thames (Dan) of Bloomington; and his wife Veva Freeman. He is also survived by grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren, his wife, children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 24th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Duffy-Pils Memorial (100 W Maple St, Fairbury, IL 61739). A memorial service will be held on Monday, November 25th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the First United Methodist Church of Fairbury (200 E Maple St, Fairbury, IL 61739).
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that memorials be directed to the American Cancer Society or Maggie's Rose, 333 CR 1100 North Rd. Seymor, IL 61875 (Cystic Fibrosis).
