He was predeceased by: his parents, Boyd Haines and Ruby Haines (Shaw). He is survived by: his wife Dianne; his children, Richard "Cory" Haines (Mary), Staci Darragh (Jim), Mindy Laken (Dan) and Allison Haines; his grandchildren, Kyle, Chelsea, Kelsey, Kierstin, James and Natalie; and his great grandchildren, Leah, Luke, Callum, Nico, Nora and Ronan.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Sunset Funeral Home & Cremation Center Mahomet Chapel (1102 Churchill Rd, Mahomet, IL 61853). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
