He is survived by: his wife Rhonda Hammon; his children, Robb Tobias of Champaign, Wendy McClure (Tobias) of St. Charles, MO and Sarah McConnell (Tobias) of Hillsboro; his grandchildren, Audrey McClure of St Charles, MO, Kayne McConnell of Neoga and Kinley McConnell of Hillsboro; and his sister Jane Spencer (Rick) of Coffeen.
