She was predeceased by: her parents, Stanley Perkins and Audrey Perkins (Cobble); her siblings, Keith Perkins, Donald Perkins, Charles Perkins, Larry Perkins and Carol Ann Perkins; her stepson Philip; and her close friend Beverly Walter.
She is survived by: her sons, Mark Hopkins (Kim) of Danville, Neal Hopkins (Tracy) of Houston, TX and Scott Hopkins (Terri) of Champaign; her grandchildren, Adam Hopkins (Ashley), Chris Hopkins (Patty), Lindsey Jenkins (Evan), Nathan Hopkins (Laura), Katie Davison (Eric), Chelsie Moore (Brent), Abbey Hopkins and Laine Hopkins; her stepgrandchildren, Shamus Keener and Megan Keener (Ryan); her sisters-in-law, Grace (late Charles) and Joyce (late Donald); her close friend Andy (late Larry); and her friend Alma Brooks. She is also survived by 16 great grandchildren and one step-great grandchild.
Visitation will be held on Friday, April 4th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Sunset Cremation Center (3940 N Vermilion St, Danville, IL 61834). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
Memorials in her name may be made to the Lakeview College of Nursing.
