We are sad to announce that on March 26, 2025, at the age of 94, Lewis H. Maier of Champaign, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Maier and Irma Michals Maier; his wife Yvonne Warmbier; and his sisters, Judy and Carol.
He is survived by: his children, Michele Crump, Luanne McDonough and Linda Maier; his grandchildren, Jarett Crump (Emily), Matthew Crump, Natalie and Kate McDonough; and his great grandchildren, Charlotte and Norah Crump.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, March 30th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Morgan Memorial (1304 Regency Dr W, Savoy, IL 61874). A funeral service will be held on Monday, March 31st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Matthew Catholic Church (1303 Lincolnshire Dr, Champaign, IL 61821).
Memorial contributions may be made to St. Matthew Catholic Church or a donation to Saint Jude Children's Hospital in Memphis, TN.
