She was predeceased by: her parents, Edna Morran (Muensch) and Satan' of Alzheimer's Disease; her husband Jack; and her siblings, Edward Morran and Kathy Powell.
She is survived by: her sons, Tim Hall (Vicki VanBlaricum), John Hall (Carol DeJesus) and Mark Hall (June); and her sister Patty Ebeling. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, April 29th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Owens Funeral Home (101 N Elm St, Champaign, IL 61820). A funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, April 30th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Elizabeth Catholic Church (100 S Church St, Thomasboro, IL 61878).
Joan suffered through her battle with Alzheimer's Disease for the past 15 years and has resided at Eagle's View in Rantoul for the past 3 years.
