It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rhonda L. Duncan of Taylorville, Illinois, who passed away on April 27, 2025, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Ronald Clay; and her brother Ronnie. She is survived by: her daughters, Rachel Duncan of Taylorville and Kimberly Duncan of Savoy; her grandchildren, John Thomas of Taylorville, Andrew Thomas of Taylorville and Katlynn Martin of Morrisonville; her great grandchildren, Rylee, Apallo and Aries; her mother Marcie McKinnon (McKinnon) of Taylorville; and her siblings, Richard Clay, Roger Clay and Renea Clay-Cates.
Visitation will be held on Monday, May 5th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Shafer-Perfetti & Assalley Funeral Home (202 W Franklin St, Taylorville, IL 62568). A funeral service will be held on Monday, May 5th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorial contributions may be made to the American Foundation of Suicide Prevention.
