With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Earl Lindsey of Urbana, Illinois, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 17, 2025 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Lindsey and Helen Lindsey (Myers); and his brother-in-law Chuck Brooks. He is survived by: his wife Jacqueline Lindsey of Urbana, IL; his children, Kyle Lindsey (Amanda), Kym Knight (Matt), Kris Reynolds (Mike) and Kandy Lindsey; and his siblings, Ray Lindsey (Kay), Mary Shutt (Bob) and Jean Brooks. He is also survived by seven grandsons, one granddaughter, several great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 22nd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Sunset Funeral Home and Cremation Center (3940 N Vermilion St, Danville, IL 61834). A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, May 22nd 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
Memorials may be made in Earl's memory to the American Cancer Society or a charity of the donor's choice.
