With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Kirk Hauser of Urbana, Illinois, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 26, 2025 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Merrill Hauser and Edna Hauser. He is survived by: his former wife Susan Holland; his children, Jody and David; his wife Valerie Hoffman; his brother Kenneth Hauser; his sister-in-law Susan Hauser; his nephews, Michael Hauser (Caroline) and David Hauser (Euphemia Thomopulos); his niece Joanna; and his stepchildren, Rachel Gladd (Dave), Michael Ladd (Taylor Krage) and Deborah Hogan (Matthew). He is also survived by nine grandchildren, and two stepgrandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the N. H. Scott & Hanekamp Funeral Home (1240 Waukegan Rd, Glenview, IL 60025).
