She was predeceased by: her parents, James Twigg and Inez Twigg (Dennison); her husband Clarence Cler; her children, Karen Tatman and Russell Cler; and her siblings, Marguerite Marlatt, Mary Ellen Hinkel, James Twigg and Thomas Twigg.
She is survived by: her daughters, Doris Johnson of Mahomet, IL, Ruth Batley (Evert) of Covington, IN, Donna Starwalt (Donnie) of Lovington and Sandra Cler of Byrdstown, TN. She is also survived by 56 Grandchildren & 1 Great Grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Wikoff Chapel (1900 Philo Rd, Urbana, IL 61802). A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the St Patrick Catholic Church (708 West Main Street Parking on north side of Chuch enter off of Coler Ave. or, N Busey Ave, Urbana, IL 61801).
