He was predeceased by: his parents, Wallace E. Flack and Helen A. McNeil Flack; and his brother Stephen Flack. He is survived by: his wife Connie Sue Smith; his children, Monte Flack (Deanne) of Urbana, IL, Carolyn Oliver (Steve) of Decatur, IL and John Flack (Rhonda) of North Henderson, IL.; his grandchildren, Kendall Oliver (Emily), Kayla Renfro (Judah), Madison Flack, Amber Flack, Mason Flack (Emma) and Nathan Flack; his great grandchildren, Jocelyn, Stella, Maebel, Lucille, Briley, Elouise, Henry, Rosalie and Andrew; his brother William Flack (Bobbie); and his nephew Danny Flack (Courtney).
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 2nd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Bethel Baptist Church (1196 N Academy St, Galesburg, IL 61401). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 3rd 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Boots & Blessings (a local foster care ministry founded by his granddaughter, Madison Flack) at 29 Knox Road 2500 N, North Henderson, IL 61466.
