She was predeceased by: her parents, Wayne E. Reynolds and Shirley Reynolds (Shepard); her sister Judy Anderson; her nephew Greg L. Tuley; her son-in-law Charles "Chuck" Salisbury, Jr.; and her stepfather Clarence Kudrick.
She is survived by: her children, Chris L. Pavlick of Wenona, Earl W. Pavlick of Bloomington, Marie "Sue" B. Salisbury of Oglesby and Donna "Jeannie" J Bermudez of Naperville; and her siblings, William Kudrick of Bloomington, Sandy Greenwood, Sharon Boyer of Peoria, Jacquelynn Linsley (Doug) of Peoria, Mary "Missy" Glenn (Terry) of Magnolia, Carlene Kudrick of Champaign and Tina Huck of Avon, IN. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
