It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Elaine Sullivan in Quincy, Illinois, who passed away on August 3, 2025, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Reaves and Nellie Mae Evans (Hale); and her husband Mike Sullivan. She is survived by: her daughters, Michelle Edlin of Rushville, Cindy Ashwill (Steve) of Champaign and Angie Eidson (Randy) of Clayton, Illinois.; her stepchildren, Dr. Kelli Sullivan of Ann Arbor, Sean Sullivan (Teresa) of Dayton and Amy Greif (Mark) of Louisville, Kentucky.; and her grandchildren, Meghan Ham (Jason), Brandi Heinecke (Brad), Logan Eidson, Sarah Ashwill and Micah French. She is also survived by Six step grandchildren also survive along with six great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, August 11th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Hendricker Funeral Home (406 S Capitol Ave, Mt Sterling, IL 62353). A memorial service will be held on Monday, August 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. The inurnment will be held on Monday, August 11th 2025 at the Cooperstown Cemetery (1635 CH 12).
Memorials are suggested to the Community for Christ Assistance Center or Blessing Foundation for Hospice.
