Eaton of Humboldt, IL; her children, Denise Hardin Jordan (Mark R.) of Champaign, IL, Dwight "Gene" Hardin of Humboldt, IL, Micah Hardin (Jackelyn) of Shelbyville, IL, Keith Eaton (Aline) of Kingman, AZ, Tina Davis (Brad) of Mattoon, IL, Jeff Eaton (Lena) of Toledo, IL and Tonya Eaton Patrick of Lafayette, IN; her grandchildren, Zack Jordan (Tara Cappelletti) of Oak Park, IL, Nick Jordan (Mel) of Chatham, IL, Emily Harris (Jarrett) of Champaign, IL, Ben Jordan (Maria) of Webster Groves, MO, Sydney (Nate), Dwight Hardin (Tatyana) of Mattoon, IL, Vivian Hardin (Tyler) of Toledo, IL, Robbie Hardin of Humboldt, IL, Spencer Hardin of Tallahassee, FL, Pierce Hardin of Shelbyville, IL, Evelyn Hardin of Shelbyville, IL, Garen Eaton (Lindsay), Heather Rauch (Brice), Austin Eaton (Dakota), Zach Wright (Kelsea), Colt Davis (Stephanie), Halee Slater, Hunter Davis (Chelsea), Krissy Mirick (Jordan) and Gabe Patrick; and her sisters, Sandra Sue Huckaba and Mary Barbara Hilligoss. She is also survived by 33 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, August 10th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Schilling Funeral Home (1301 Charleston Ave, Mattoon, IL 61938). A funeral service will be held on Monday, August 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
