He was predeceased by: his parents, Alton Francis and Mabel Richardson (Ostrom); his son Charles; and his siblings, John, Robert, Donald, Frances, Kathleen, Margaret, Barbara and Rita.
He is survived by: his wife Gertie Buck; his children, Michael, Beth Marchetti of Forest Park, IL, Frank (Laura) of Streamwood, IL, Tom (Kathy) of Lancaster, PA, Cindy Lattimer (Jeff) of Naperville, IL and Teresa Bunders (Eric) of Madison, WI; his grandchildren, Abigail, Jacob, Joshua Marchetti, Sarah, Nicholas Richardson, Quinn, Andrew Richardson, Logan, Megan Lattimer, Claire and Grant Bunders; and his siblings, Vince Richardson and Pat Rydell (Jerry).
Visitation will be held on Sunday, August 24th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Sunset Funeral Home and Cremation Center's Lux Chapel (1551 E Grove Ave, Rantoul, IL 61866). A funeral Mass will be held on Monday, August 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Elizabeth's Catholic Church (100 S Church St, Thomasboro, IL 61878).
