She is survived by: her children, Russell Bedford IV (Chris) and Penny Eckley (Paul); her granddaughters, Heather Bedford (Vince Martinez), Rachel Burris (DeCoda) and Tessa Eckley; and her great grandchildren, Diana, Colton, Cayson, Kylee, Maycee, Amaya, Connor and Coralyn.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Dr. Janet W. Bedford Scholarship in Education Administration Foundations Fund 590-6002.
