He is survived by: his sister Karen White (Orley) of Plano, TX; his children, Steve Newman (Nanette) of Aurora, CO, Suzanne Newman of Milwaukee, WI and Karl Newman (Jackie) of Champaign, IL; and his grandchildren, Elizabeth Dunn (Chris Chang), Jill Dunn (Kyle McKinney), Victoria Dunn (Bryan Ciesiulka), Andrew Newman (Sarah), Emma Newman (Jordan Rock), Hannah Newman, Nathaniel Newman and Anna Newman.
The family requests no flowers, but gifts to Fred's favorite charities, the Carlinville Food Pantry, the Central Illinois Food Bank, and St. John's Breadline are welcomed.
